Stops our cat's evil plans...
Our cat has upped his killing methods by turning on our gas stove burners. These knob covers are fantastic to thwart our cat's evil plans. We no longer have to wake up in the middle of the night smelling gas.

Great for my peace of mind...
These are great for my peace of mind while traveling with a cat at home. I heard from a pet sitter how it has happened to someone they knew so glad I got these. WARNING: Your cat might get a lil upset when they prevent one of his murder plans.

I can say we haven't had to worry about our cat blowing us up...
Since installing these knobs I can say we haven't had to worry about our cat blowing us up. He can no longer try to go out with a bang!
10/10 would recommend!
I was worried they’d come off after a while but it’s been a couple of months and they’re still sturdy!
Great safety product if you have children or a reckless wife.
cats still try’s to touch and grab and close them when open but she cannot open them yay so good for little helpers in the kitchen
Easy installation and keeps away babies from opening
Recomendado para la seguridad en casa
Si tienes niños pequeños es la mejor opción
Great stove knob covers! Especially if you have little ones or a dog that are curious.
Very nice actually made the stove look better lol awesome 🫶🙏
The work great.Keeps the kid away from the knobs, easy to access for use, great product. They have the ability to peel and stick to the knob location but I didn’t choose to do that. My kid would figure it out if it was rigid in place. I just closed them around the knob and let them dangle loosely around. Works great.
Excellent, secure!! Gives peace of mind that the knobs are protected against accidental turn on.I also like that it comes with adhesive to prevent the covers from spinning around
Fast accurate delivery. Product as described, what I was looking for,
These are great for my peace of mind while traveling with a latch key cat at home getting daily visits from friends. I never worked about possibly turning on the gas range but once I read about such happening & thought orient to get & use these. Then I heard from pet sitter how it has happened to someone known, so even more glad that I get these.I did not affix them with the adhesive. I just use them "loose" & they work great that way, too. Able to remove them & store in the box to use when I'm away. They look pretty good on. The black is clean & coordinated with stainless range.Recommend 100% for pets &/or children.
Works very well and prevents children from turning stove on. It keeps knobs clean as well.
Easy to install and easy to use! I have two kids and my oven is turn on by it self whenever our skin touch it. Especially my husband big belly. LolNow we feel safe .
These knob covers are great! One of the only options I could find that's compatible with my BlueStar range. Also super easy to install.
They keep the knobs from turning when someone leans on them awesome product
I actually got these for my dogs bc they get excited and jump up in the counter when we get home, haven’t almost burnt the house down since I bought these! 10/10
My dad is old and blind he has accidentally turned the gas stove knobs twice by rubbing against them looking for things ive came in the houe twice and its been full of propane...this solved the issue.. only thing is make sure you clean your stove surfaces off with rubbing alcohol before you stick them on or they will not stick but other than that it is a wonderful life-saving product I would have advise anyone who have children or older people in their home and has a gas cook stove to purchase these and install them
Came back from vacation and our cat had turned the stove on! Luckily the house hadn’t burnt down but it was an eye opener. These are easy to install and it’s still easy to use the stove. I don’t mind the appearance at all - though some may not like it. The fit was good and they stick on well. Main reason for me was safety and for that they’re great.Overall very happy and highly recommend as safety if you have pets or young children.
The fit perfectly. Easy to install, easy to use. Great safely feature
Yes would buy again
Easy to setup
Most people buy these to keep toddlers from inadvertently turning the stove knobs but I needed them to keep Siamese cats from doing it. It was frightening to find the knobs engaged enough to release gas from the burners without actually igniting them but these covers sure solved the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I really like these but didn’t realize I needed 7 (one for my oven knob). Wish there was a way to order an additional one to match.
These knobs added peace of mind for me knowing that tiny hands cannot operate my gas stove and has also added the security that my ornery bassett hound can no longer accidently turn the gas on when he is misbehaving - LOL!
Easy to install. And helps deter her from playing with the stove.
Great Product !
Good questions.

Everything you need to know before you buy.
Yes — and it's specifically designed for this. Lumi's locking mechanism resists the lateral push and spin motion cats use when batting at knobs. Unlike tape or sprays that cats eventually work around, Lumi is a physical barrier they simply cannot defeat. Hundreds of cat owners have confirmed it in our reviews.
Absolutely not. This is one of the biggest frustrations with other brands — and we made sure Lumi is different. You do not need to remove your existing knobs to install Lumi covers. Just place the cover over your knob, click it secure, and you're done in under 60 seconds.
Lumi is designed to fit the vast majority of standard gas and electric stove knobs. If you're unsure about your specific model, reach out to us before purchasing — we'd rather help you confirm the right fit than have you guess. We have a helpful compatibility guide available on request.
Yes. Lumi covers are made from heat-resistant materials tested for use near an active kitchen stove. They will not warp, melt, or lose their grip under normal cooking conditions. They are designed to live on your stove permanently — not just for occasional use.
We hear this a lot — and we designed Lumi specifically for the "evil genius" cat. The locking latch requires a deliberate two-step motion that a human hand can do easily, but that a paw simply cannot replicate. We've had customers with cats who learned to open childproof cabinets and even door handles — Lumi stopped all of them.
That's exactly why many of our customers found us! Accidental activation by a leaning adult or a brushing hand is a very real risk — and Lumi prevents that too. The cover adds a protective layer that requires intentional action to open, so casual contact won't turn anything on.
Absolutely. While we're known in the cat owner community, Lumi works just as well for dogs who can reach counters — especially larger breeds. One sniff, one wag, or one jump can be enough to spin a knob. Lumi handles it.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Lumi doesn't fit your stove or doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right — no hassle, no complicated return process. Your peace of mind is the whole point.
